Europa has a robust presence in the Social Housing sector and is currently working with a number of its leading organizations. We have worked in the sector now for over ten years.

Our team combines expertise and experience in social housing, local government, and the private sector and this delivers a unique perspective and the ability to produce innovative and novel solutions.

We combine consulting, training and management development skills with practical hands-on executive management experience. (In addition to being Europa Consultants, two members of our team are currently employed in the RSL sector, one as Chief Executive and the other as Diversity Manager).

Our Social Housing Group is dedicated to work in partnership with executive teams, supporting them to achieve their goals, and transforming the performance of their businesses.

An example of this is the *AQual programme for Managers that we have developed in partnership with three Housing Associations. This is a suite of accredited programmes that enable managers to qualify for Certificates, Diplomas and Masters in Management.
