The Chartered Management Institute is therefore the country's premier accrediting body for professional managers. Almost every Academic and Further Education Establishment operate under the CMI's Charter to provide Accredited courses for Certificates, Diplomas and Masters in Management alongside or complementing their own academic stream for full time

How will it Work?
Suitable for Life Long Learning, and Continuous Professional Development, the programme enables managers to enter the programme at an appropriate starting point, and then progress to an exit point most appropriate to them.
By accrediting prior learning the participants can gain credit for previous education and training and avoid repeating material where they are already competent.
They may choose to proceed to any of the qualifications, or, if this is best, attend only certain parts of the programme.
The Certificate in Management is a suitable starting point for those with no formal qualifications. To complete a CM course, participants will need to attend weekly for 3 hours or fortnightly for 6 hours complete 4 work related projects.
To complete a DM, participants with prior learning typically will need to attend weekly for 3 hours or fortnightly for 6 hours and complete 5 work related projects. The workshops will each take one day away from work. Workshop background reading and preparation will need about 3 to 6 hours of private study.
It is possible that from time to time you will be in workshops along with participants from other organisations from outside your sector. In some cases you will ”slot into” workshops from current programmes.
The programmes will start with meetings between participants and Europa consultants. Training needs will be established, Prior Learning will be accredited and
Individual training plans will be created.
